The Multinational AGI Consortium (MAGIC) proposes a global moratorium under which member states agree not to develop or deploy Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) - defined as AI capable of performing a wide range of cognitive tasks at or above human level - outside the consortium’s framework. MAGIC would be the only authorized body permitted to develop advanced AGI systems.

“Asylum externalisation” refers to bilateral agreements in which a country transfers the responsibility for processing and hosting asylum seekers to another country, often in exchange for financial or political support. This can include hosting asylum centers, evaluating claims, and potentially accommodating successful applicants long-term. Examples include the EU-Turkey agreement, Australia’s offshore processing system, and the UK-Rwanda plan.

The Bank Bailout Fund is a global mechanism into which all participating banks make regular contributions, typically based on factors such as balance sheet size or risk exposure. If a member bank can not meet its financial obligations to depositors or creditors, or if it fails to meet regulatory thresholds, the Fund provides financial support to stabilize or restructure the institution. Without such a fund, failing banks are usually resolved through national bailouts, acquisition by other financial institutions, or outright collapse.

"Unconditional lifelong support" refers to the idea of parents continuing to support their adult children to the best of their ability. This may include allowing them to stay at the family home rent-free, offering financial assistance for education or careers, helping care for grandchildren, or contributing to major life expenses such as weddings.
